Up and down rates for senior citizens. 40 years drivers with no DWI or violations pay what high risk drivers pay. There always a surprise in higher rates for seniors

I have a crack in my windshield and the person who took my call on the claim was GREAT! She showed kindness and empathy and was very professional. Her name was Ebony. The world needs more of people like her! She puts a great image on Progressive!!! Thank you!!!
