Have your agents check their spelling and fix errors made before submitting policies. The 24hr hold makes it not fun. You cant fix simple errors and mistakes. Kinda sad all I asking is to just double check things before submitting your work.

Very little customer interaction you always talk with a different person. I’m not crazy about that I like more personal service especially with having about 10-15 policies with you.
