I have a great driving record on snapshot so far and I hope to receive a discount in the next 6-12 months. However, I was so disappointed to find out that I am penalized for late night driving. I am a health care employee and sometimes I have to stay late to cover a shift because someone is unable to come to work. I was floored to find out that my insurance program marks this against me. We do, in fact, save lives. Most healthcare jobs require a certain level of altruism and human compassion. Why should we be penalized for going the extra mile for our fellow humans?

Getting the policy was not difficult. Threatening to cancel my policy because you think my adult children live in my FL residence when they live a thousand miles away NOT COOL !
